All our Cambridge English courses follow a fixed schedule, except for our summer B2 First (FCE) & C1 Advanced (CAE) courses, which run for 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your availability and level.

If you’re unsure whether your English level is high enough, please contact LBA or your educational consultant to arrange a placement test.

If your level is slightly below the required standard, you can first join a General English course in Manchester before progressing to your exam preparation course.

On your first day, you’ll take a comprehensive test to determine your exact level, and you’ll be placed in a class with students at the same level, all preparing for the same exam. Some Cambridge English exams have multiple micro-levels, ranging from ‘C’ to ‘A’ grade expectations, ensuring tailored preparation.

Your course will help you develop confidence and accuracy in all areas of English. You’ll receive intensive exam training, take at least one full mock exam, and your speaking skills will be personally assessed by senior teaching staff in most courses.
